This role will suit a high performing rowing coach with the vision and leadership expertise to evolve Great Britain’s current activity into a World Class Programme capable of delivering Olympic medals. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate substantial experience developing medal winning crews and a proven ability to lead a high performance programme with distinction. Alongside this it will be imperative for them to grow and evolve the ‘can do’ culture that has aided this discipline in thriving to date.
